Jennifer Sarsfield is the founder of Lumi Communications and an award-winning internal communications leader with more than 25 years of experience in enterprise organizations.

She has held senior communications roles at companies including QuadReal Property Group, Canadian Tire, Indigo Books & Music, Scotiabank International, Sun Life Canada and Canada Life, where she led large-scale communication strategies supporting transformation, digital workplace adoption and organizational change.

Jennifer founded Lumi Communications to help internal communicators use artificial intelligence thoughtfully and responsibly. Her work focuses on helping communication teams move beyond content production to use AI to better understand employee experience, process optimization as well as organizational change and crisis communications.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto.
